Migrating to another country requires a residency permit of that country. Residency permit is basically the passport of that country with a few limitations, including inability to vote or receive any welfare in said country, and in some cases, like Cuba and Philippines, you cant buy land or real estate in the country.
The only universal and guaranteed way to get a residency permit is through a work visa, which always requires at least a BSc degree in some field useful to that country. For example, if you have got a BSc in accounting or law in your mother country, that BSc wont be useful to the country you want immigrating to, since all countries have their own humanities standards.
To get a BSc you need money since Russia has no education loans. Moreover, you need to love Russian language, Russian culture and Russian history, since these are still mandatory in all Russian high schools and universities. You wont be able even to pass the Russian version of SAT exam without Russian language. Russia has no American Universities, where they teach exclusively in English. If you don't speak Russian and actually hate Russia, then you will fail to get any education in Russia or earn any money required for the education.
You may attempt to immigrate to some country without a BSc degree. That is called "illegal immigration" since civilized countries generally don't issue immigration visas to unskilled labor, due to a several good political, economic and social reasons. If you get into country illegally, you will have to take somebody else's identity to work there and do even basic stuff, like opening a bank account. That is already at least two severe crimes: identity theft and fraud, just to survive in a country without its permission. Sooner of later they will catch you, likely due to some automatic database inconsistency check. Then they will promptly deport you.
Unfortunately it becomes increasingly harder to do identity theft. While in say the early 20th century, getting new identity was as easy as just claiming to be someone, today identity theft in some countries would require you to obtain the electronic signature of that person, while banks collect biometric ids. That means soon identity theft would be completely infeasible, unless you take somebody hostage, or pay him/her to be your proxy. Which is very tricky business. Especially for somebody without a criminal mindset.
In other words, you will likely get deported back, as soon as they uncover you being "illegal alien" (openly racist term they use to denote uninvited immigrants).
Now to deport an illegal alien (aka illegal immigrant), host country needs all of the following columns, supporting its deportation agency:
1. Knowing the mother country you've originated from. In many cases that requires access your mother country's biometric database.
2. Having a functioning and recognized government in your mother country.
3. Having transport infrastructure to transfer you into said country. These include railroads, airports and seaports.
4. Agreeing with your mother country on your deportation, or some general deportation procedure.
5. Mother country needs good border security, preventing illegal emigrants from easily escaping it again.
If they cant deport you, then they will have to approve your residency permit, so you wont be a bigger burden for the host country than required. For example, Europe can't deport Syrians to Syria and Afghanis to Afghanistan, because some of these columns are broken, so Europe has to approve them residency permits. Nevertheless Europe has negotiated with Turkey, so Turks will block immigrants using actual firearms and opening fire at those trying to cross the border. Fortunately Turkey border with Europe is pretty insecure and a lot of immigrants still get in despite the fear of death.
As surprisingly as it sounds, Europe can easily deport people escaping from Russia, because Europe has all five columns in place in regards to Russia, no matter all the sanctions.
Europeans can easily determine where you came from, since Russia provides access to its biometric database for the purpose of identifying escaped Russians. Russia unfortunately still has functioning and recognized government. Russia has good infrastructure, so there will be no problem delivering you back to Siberian Gulag. Russia has deportation agreements with all civilized countries and many non-civilized ones, like Brazil, India and China. Russia also happily accepts all deportations of its citizens, like slave owner accepts deportation of ran away slaves. Russian border with Europe is one of the most secure borders in the world. There is 10 kilometers no man land inside Russian border, full of motion detectors of different kind (including underwater ones). To enter it, you need a FSB approved permission.
The only way to indefinitely block the host country from deporting you is killing their citizen in a way brutal enough to net you a life sentence. If you just kill a random man, they will give you a joke sentence (like 2 years in prison or proclaim you mentally ill, like they did with Kaloev and several other Russians) just to deport you back to Russia ASAP. Because they know Russia is a place worse than any prison. In Europe the only sure way to get life would be only butchering little child on camera and publishing the video to incite good outrage. Then they will have no way to quietly deport you.
Given that, it is near impossible to escape Russia. You may propose destroying any of these five columns of deportation. Unfortunately that is impossible as long as Russia receives funding from the West. Even if you manage to blow up a railroad, it will get fixed quickly. If you kill Putin, they will find Stalin. If you blow up Russian airplane, they will just buy new one if only to deport you. Nothing you can do about Russian border security: Mother Russia still has enough loyal orcs to prevent you from leaving it. I.e. as long as Russia has natural resources and exports them, Russia is a pretty stable cancerous tumor, supported by the population of well fed orcs, which cannot be reasoned with, since Russians are pure animals, who don't event understand human language, have no mercy, empathy or pride.
So what a person who dislikes Russia and wants to emigrate must do? - Sadly absolutely nothing will really give immediate gratification. We must think locally and act globally. We can still help bringing Russian death by selling illicit drugs, and mixing them with shit to help Russians overdosing. We can blow up them in their ugly commieblocks. We can still poison their wells. We can send poisoned sweets to Russian children. Russians guard their border well, but they don't guard their children - the future of Russia. If Russians have ruined your life, at least you can take your revenge on them. And who knows, maybe one day Russians will have no troops to guard their unholy border, no diplomats to accept your deportation and no airport to transport you to. All we wanna-be-immigrants need is to kill enough Russian subhumans - to stop them from reproducing their evil.
God save the Queen and bless America!
