Global Lockdown Conspiracy

I feel something big is being hidden, its like looking at stage play where clowns do everything to make a situation worse then propose even worse "solutions".
Synopsis: The Clown World is merely a prelude to something sinister.
I don't doubt the virus is deadly and might require quarantines, but the scope of this lockdown feels like a transformation to a global police state.
There are civil liberties being removed every hour.
State government begin ruling by emergency powers or in case of Hungary and Philippines by decrees. Its feels like a huge power grab by the elites and politicians they employ.
There is a strange mix of emboldened nationalism/patriotism and WHO-led "global health plan" pumped into every media outlet that reprograms NPC behavior and forces new "social isolation" habits regardless of risk.
We might see mandatory vaccines(Denmark passed a law recently), quarantine camps and various abuses of power soon.

There is this interesting trend of exploiting nationalism and xenophobia to justify extreme measures against perceived foreign/infected/hostile minority by the law-abiding majority. A disease unlocks huge popular support, relying on us-them psychology to separate people into local groups and pit them against each other. When the problematic minority is subdued, the xenophobia switches targets to another minority or group perceived as less loyal or rule-abiding, in an increasing spiral of authoritarian rule. Country vs Country, City vs City, Ethnic Group A vs B, can be easily exploited to reduce rights of people in both groups.
