A new study from Israel indicates the South Africa variant of the coronavirus can "break through" the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine to some degree.
A team from Tel Aviv University and Clalit Health Services found that the prevalence of the South Africa variant among patients who received both doses of the vaccine was around eight times higher than those unvaccinated – 5.4% versus 0.7%.
The study compared over 400 people who received at least one shot of the vaccine and contracted the coronavirus with the same number who were infected and unvaccinated.

"We found a disproportionately higher rate of the South African variant among people vaccinated with a second dose, compared to the unvaccinated group," said Tel Aviv University’s Adi Stern. "This means that the South African variant is able, to some extent, to break through the vaccine’s protection."
The study, published Saturday, still requires peer review to verify the results, according to Reuters.

2.Western world sterilization "Children of Men": A more sophisticated attack that seems plausible at first glance, remove the 'problematic' 100+IQ people who might revolt&oppose NWO in large numbers, but this entails the hegemony of China/Russia who prioritize their own vaccine. Either the NWO is selling out world domination to China/Russia in some diabolical plot or they'll nuke them once they're done with formalities of western civilization(or whatever remains), just to remove competition. 2a.Third world largely unaffected, but will be colonized or controlled by drones/robots/etc since they don't have effective tech/military to resist NWO.
3.The vaccine and the virus work in tandem "Deus Ex Gray Death": This is most nasty variant, the vaccine pushes for (c.f. Marek's Disease) evolutionary pressure for the virus to evolve more lethality and more effective spread, since vaccine filters 99% of weaker virus, leaving 1% cute and valid. Cons: it will take a few years to evolve, with unpredictable mutations. Endgame here is vaccines become mandatory to live since unvaccinated will face progressively stronger versions of Corona requiring updated vaccines, like a devil's bargain. This a true "global variant" that doesn't require any cooperation, vaccine control become key to life and death.
4.The vaccine is essentially a nano-weapon to control people " The Real Deal NPC": Charles Lieber "virus-like bots", worms in masks and swabs. A technologically plausible idea that there are multiple vectors to deliver something into your brain or nervous system. That something would be electronically controlled nanobots that rewire your brain/NS to respond to commands from wireless transmissions. The side effect of the vaccine is some immunity or protection vs the virus, but the NWO is interested in keeping the virus alive to maintain the threat for which they can deliver their vaccines/swabs/masks infected with nanobots. This is also a global variant, but since China controls the manufacturing of the nanobots in swabs/masks it will fail due technical reasons or will get noticed too fast for it to be effective: nanobots will be fried by EMP or some strong magnets. Unless its some next-level tech, its would require micromanagement of millions via easily traced radio/wifi signals.
5.The prion bioweapon "Mad Cow disease 2.0": The vaccine is a slow-kill depopulation weapon using prions or prion tech to slowly incapicate the population and infect the unvaccinated via contact with body fluids: the scenario doesn't require complete vaccination of all. The NWO probably has some sort of antidote to prions, which they'll distribute as 'elite vaccine'(keeping critical people alive), as the masses slowly degenerate from a Mad Cow disease wrecking their brains. This a more risky version of nanobots: however since prions are very slow to act, the antidote administration can wait years. This is a very boring version until the prions reach the brains of least 4% of population, which will take years: essentially the entire vaxx campaign by that point would be forgotten and give NWO plausible deniability("its the new virus/you're eaten animal products in past 20 years?").
6.Fake virus and real virus in vaccine "Global Circus": The coronavirus disease is actually caused by some artificial means and vaccines are one of the ways to deliver the "real virus". Popular in conspiracy sites, this version has some weak points and generally doesn't mesh with the initial outbreak in China(unless its completely fake) and Italy(a more interesting case with less censorship) very well, but can't be excluded due clown world reality(however requirements of this circus look huge, fake stats and psyops on scale of WW2). The endgame is spreading the "virus" somehow to every part of the world via vaccine/aerosols/drugs/infected masks or whatever they do. The endgame is open-ended: they're not going to catch everyone with the virus(remote tribes, rural population), but the resistance will be crushed with NWO technology piece by piece.
7. Provoking a NWO/UN takeover by targeting vaccine resisting population "Red Flag": its an exotic version tied with gun control and civil rights, with the premise of 'controlled civil war' to be applied in every western country to root out vaccine resisters. Endgame is likely something like Chinese "social credit" and "vaccine passports" from Israel creating a totalitarian NWO regime from 'virus emergency powers'(likely combined with #3/#6 to keep virus alive).
8.The "Big Bluff": the virus is real, the vaccine is real, the NWO is intentionally doing dumb clown world stuff to discredit the vaccine/mask/swab tech to make conspiracists vulnerable to virus, instead openly working to protect the 'NPCs' supporting the regime. Basically an educated leftist position about the validity of any conspiracy as "too many people can't be all silent/it makes more sense to protect the people trusting you" so the reality for them is that vaccines are the real cure and government works for them: the elite never consider direct depopulation instead opting for LGBT/Feminism to reduce growth(as well as plenty of endocrine chemicals in everything to make everyone docile).
