It's essentially a hardier, more transmissible cold.There are 4 other coronavirus strains that cause 15-30% of common colds in a given year. Becoming impossible to think this won't eventually infect EVERYONE. It's just a matter of time.
I doubt the vaccine part though, given what came of trying to create a SARS vaccine.
