What is wrong with torturing animals?

Nobody can explain why it is not okay to burn hamsters alive - they do is spitting some emotional nonsense, like if they are animals themselves. Given that I believe humanity must be divided into two parts: normal human beings, and more animalistic obsolete scum, so the later could be cleansed for being animals.
