There is a billion of Chinese and just 327 millions Americans, so by the Bell's curve, obviously there are 3 times more smart Chinese than there are smart Americans, but the catch is: Chinese are really totalitarian and low initiative, they have problems inventing new stuff, because numerous dictators, like Mao, methodically killed generations dissenters (literally rolling university students with tanks), doing negative selection, and Chinese also have worse education, especially when it comes to free thinking education. Finally, why would any smart Chinese remain in poor China shithole, living in a commie block, when he can move into normal country and have a private house?
