Potato genotoxicity

Solanine in potatoes does not degrade with cooking. Its toxic and more importantly genotoxic.
Countries which consume lots of potatoes and potato products poison their gene pools.

Only green potato. The concentration of Solanine in non-green commercial potatoes is negligible. Such certainly can't be compared to the epigenotoxicity that occurs from proximity to the negro.
