So why prostitution is illegal?

People in charge of making laws are unwilling to offer honest and logical explanation, all they say "prostitution is amoral". They refuse to expose the real reasons behind making prostitution illegal.

Same way they are unwilling to explain why drugs are illegal, using the same "amoral" hand waving.

1. STDs can be eliminated by requiring both clients and works to pass medical tests.
2. Mafia exists only where something is illegal. If prostitution is legalized, sex workers wouldn't need Mafia to protect their business.
3. Human trafficking is possible only when prostitution and immigration are illegal.
4. Human relations and family value are not important, we have overpopulation.
