I'm malnorished somehow I think, any nutritionalists here?

So I was watching these videos about vegans being malnourished https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJnPZgLHHWQ and I realized I look kind of like the guys featured -- receding hairline and going slightly grey even though young, very thin with ribs and those bones that connect the shoulder to the neck showing prominently, boned-up face with big eyes, weird tiny, thin teeth, and so on. The thing is I'm not a vegan and eat mad butter, eggs, yogurt plus meat like once a week or so, although usually chicken and fish not red. I get plenty of exercise and fresh air and eat huge amounts each day of all kinds of vegetables and fats and what not. What do you think is my problem? Am I seriously starving in slow motion simply due to lack of red meat? Or is it more likely to be a spiritual parasite?

What dieticians don't tell is time of day is also critical to nutrition. Eating too early in the day doesn't get the digestion going.
