SCP-11830 SCP-10843-1 Â was discovered approximately one hundred years ago by [REDACTED] following a successful assassination attempt on the French President. It had been used as an assassination platform by [REDACTED] since the early 30s. The object, when approached, fired an enormous energy beam, creating a massive crater in the ground. The object then fell through air on the ground. It was reported that the beam caused a series of impacts across an area of twenty meters within thirty seconds. This was followed by more impact rifts, which extended to the nearby population. SCP-10843's effects on the locals and nature also caused a significant rise in atmospheric carbon dioxide levels, leading to changes in weather patterns in France.
