For I have autism. I try my best to suppress my autistic tendencies, it's a type of lobotomy in a way but much more mentally straining. Since my autistic tendencies are generally frowned upon it makes it extra important for me to suppress it.

Besides that I have other mental disorders that generally brings trouble and annoyance to others. I try not to attention whore online I really do but I can't resist attention whoring. It's a part of my general mental deficiency.

I have been teaching myself to program because I want to be useful. I think I am deluding myself. But my mental deficiency prevents me from accepting that. I will succeed

Fully Autistic and mostly fully functional.
How can they be at both ends of the spectrum?

The spectrum is circular. Think of a round horse shoe, quite unlike regular horseshoes in that it is a closed circle. The two furthest points actually occupy the same space. That is the spectrum we are dealing with here.

What a horrible analogy, horseshoes aren't circular. However, rainbows are when not obscured by the horizon, and even better, they are a literal spectrum.

Next time try a little harder.

The research has been optimistic in that greater than 50% of autistics respond positively to treatment,[16] with one report indicating a 56% response rate at week 30, in a trial where 125 mg of broccoli seed powder was taken 3–8 times a day depending on weight.
