My first idea is microwave emitter at water molecule frequency. Since most life is full of water this would fry from the inside almost any living being.

Microwave Eggs Recipe

1.Spray victims location (e.g. neighboorhoods, towns, villages) with chemtrails or add fluoride to water supply(cities). Egg-brains require some fluoride for optimum cooking efficiency.
2.Turn on 5G microwave at high-power
for 20-30 minutes, to avoid wasting extra
energy use directional antenna.
2.Serve with TV programming, as brains are
now prepared for brainwashing.
