Russians have to register at several government sites, which spam like crazy you like crazy with obviously commercial propositions, despite the sites (like mos.ru) being owned by government. And Russians cant block them, because they will miss info about their commie-block payment and get evicted. You may wonder, Russians wont protest that in real life, like won't storm government building responsible for email and SMS spam. The answer is simple: Russians love when government rapes them.
