Working in Ukraine

So recently I was in office, and one colleague had playing some nasty rap music in Russian. I told him to turn it off, because I hate Russian language and don't want to hear. Colleague refused, pretending that he doesn't know English. So I turned his shit off myself. That resulted into a fight and I was fired.
