Prison Does Negative Selection

Lets be honest, cops catch only the least talented criminals, who fail to run away, while the most capable felons keep walking freely. I.e. law enforcement efforts result into the opposite of desired: all the weak and slow nigger get behind the bars, while fast and strong run away and procreate. In effect, the next generators of criminals is even stronger.

Actually, this is only true for older criminals who already procreated. Crime is a skill that can only be learned through experience and guidance. Therefore, even a 90 IQ criminal can be caught by the police when he is young and untrained. Due to his age he is bound to get a short sentence, during which time he can be trained on how not to get caught in the future by the other inmates. Just because said inmates were too stupid to follow their own training and not get caught, doesn't mean they can't pass on the training to somebody more capable. Therefore, we can see prison as an educational institute.
