Realizing that you are simply too worthless to engage with

So I was wondering why I didn't get more props for the (truly) nice memes and insights I've been introducing to this board. In the past I assumed I just wasn't as funny and insightful as I seemed to be, but now I'm starting to see the truth: you people are retards and I'd literally be better off casting actual pearls before actual swine, posting here is more like giving a wad of cash to a down's baby.

This is an anonymous board. People are here to discuss topics, not people. I'm not trying to be mean, but if you want recognition for memes, I think Twitter or Reddit are more suitable. I'm not saying that in a negative way. Those sites are more for identities and getting feedback on your posts. Sometimes a joke here makes me laugh, or a post is insightful and makes me think. But you'll notice that there are no like or favorite or retweet buttons here, so sometimes there is no feedback at all.

I like that I don't have a name or reputation here. I am used to getting negative bullshit from people, so it's nice to have nothing at all here. Nobody knows or cares who I am. If I make a mistake in a thread, no worries. It doesn't carry over to future threads. Twitter? Make a social faux pas once, and people will bother you about it for years and years. If someone dislikes you, they will look through your entire tweet history to see if there's something they can misconstrue as being offensive or non-PC. People who dislike you on platforms like that will try to get you fired if they don't like you. And that's why I prefer anonymity. Anonymity means not being known and not being recognized, even though some of my memes from 4chan have made their way to Know Your Meme and other sites (and other people take credit for them, for some reason). But I'd rather have it that way than the anti-privacy paper trail of identity-driven social media.

What memes and insights have you made here that you want recognition for?
