Extreme Anxiety

Do you have anxiety? If so, what kind? How does it affect you? How do you deal with it?

I'm not >>2 but I get anxious around people. Social anxiety. It's especially bad for group projects or presentations, but even just being out and about can give me anxiety sometimes. I think this social anxiety is the result of my school, work, and leisure all being in front of screens for too many hours per day. We have more social media and methods of digital communication than ever before, but I think America is getting more antisocial in many ways. Not sure if it's like that in other countries too though.
