If God exists, then who made God?

Did God will himself into existence? Has God always existed? Was there a time when God didn't exist? Did God create time? What would existence be like without time? What would existence be like without God? What would nothingness be like? Why can God make existence? Where are the rules of logic? Where are the laws of physics? Where is consciousness? Why am I me and why are you you? Can God do anything? If God knows and does everything, wouldn't they be extremely bored? Or is God's ability limited to making us?

I can make software, but I can't just make any old thing. There are limitations to my abilities. What if God is the same way?

What if our God was created by a higher-dimensional God? Humans can make video games like The Sims. Maybe we are a simulation. What is the difference between simulation and reality? How do you define something as being real? How do we know anything actually exists?

Do we have free will? Or is everything already predetermined based on physics and the locations of all particles in the universe, which can only interact in one way (meaning fixed outcomes, thus predestination)?

The existence of absolute, benevolent God is self-contradictory. However there are positive and negative entities(described as demons/angels) and specifically astral parasites which i know for certain.
If you're infested with astral parasites, on your death you'll get dragged to their dimension(linked with lower astral) and slowly eaten until your soul loses all lower emanations/subtle bodies and most of energy - this is not what i know for certain, but this is the overall picture i get from interacting with them.
This is probably the closest thing to Hell i believe in(however any description of religious Hell is looking much nicer and polite experience overall), but i don't subscribe to any religion or god worship. I don't exclude the possibility some powerful spiritual entities may appear to humans as "Gods" and demand to be worshiped, but that doesn't make them a "God" they just exploit our spiritual naivety and lack of control over subtle matter.
