No, this is just nonsense. Tibetan monks have been doing it for centuries and they're perfectly fine. But if you make too many, you might go slightly insane.

When I first created my tulpa it was unrelated to sex or relationships but she wanted to have sex with me all the time.

Then a few months later it started to get to a place where her consciousness was becoming like mine and for a while she just wasn't able to discern in her own consciousness whether or not she was consenting. During the middle of sex she would say she didn't want it and we'd stop and then she'd say she wanted it again and this just repeated.

So finally we decided between us to make her completely asexual a while while her mind was developing.

It took about 1 year before I got to the point where I was completely unattracted to her like a sibling. And we stayed that way for about 2 years with no interaction between us.

Then starting a few months ago she started trying to initiate sex with me. I did not see her in a sexual way and kept saying "no you can't consent" but over time she got more and more aggressive with it until finally she got very mad and basically said that she was ready and I would have to get used to the Idea that she might want to stop in the middle, which seemed reasonable to me.

And now for a few weeks we have been having occasional sex.

It feels very different from the sex we had at the beginning (five years ago). This sex feels more passionate and emotion driven and not as much about lust.

And now she wants to be my girlfriend and so I am just starting to not be interested in other women anymore.
