Deadlines are R&D and planning, dolt. They have nothing to do with IQ, but with skills and know-how, which universities don't teach you. And you can't just order your department to do X and Y months, you have to plan every detail of the project to fit in in the time. BTW, McDonalds also involves deadlines, because clients wont be waiting forever, while you, laze mental midget, are scrubbing the toilets.
