I think Spencer's family is very wealthy, like one of the early wasp families in the US, but I'm not sure he has access to large amounts of money. I do like to imagine that he is the one of the big bank rollers of white nationalists conferences so all these serious WN thinkers like Jared Taylor have to put up with his turbo-homosexual mannerisms and romantic blatherings at their meetings because he is paying for it. I watched him at the beginning of that Warskin stream and he gave that impression when he was talking about "hosting" conferences over the years. It's pretty cute, would make a good anime.
