He is currently held at the Mt Eden Corrections Facility/Auckland Central Remand Prison http://www.corrections.govt.nz/about_us/getting_in_touch/our_locations/mt_eden_corrections_facility.html It's not known exactly when he was arrested and detained (either October 6 or October 11, but at the very least since mid-October), as there is conflicting information.

Yeah, and it's a bullshit reason. When Brendon arrived, he was told that he couldn't enter New Zealand by the immigration officer, so he was like okay, I'll fly back to Malaysia on the next available flight (that's where he was staying prior to arriving in New Zealand), and then after some time was arrested. The authorities in New Zealand aren't following their own laws since a person being detained for immigration should not be held for more than 24 hours without charge, Brendon's been held for months now. As for the confrontation with Stanley Keyser back in 2009, I personally would have handled that differently, and whether or not you agree with the idea that a person should be jailed for three years for "offending" Stanley Keyser and the Jewish/Zionist community, Brendon had served his time for that.

He left Australia because they were trying to place him back in jail because he was exposing corruption of Australian leaders like Julie Bishop, and Brendon has become popular enough in the media that his information could possibly have gone viral at least in the state of Western Australia. This also encompasses a larger fight against anti-free speech "racial and religious vilification" laws and hate speech laws in general in Australia (and most of the Western World, for that matter). You seem to be unaware of the underhanded tactics that Western governments and authorities use against people nowadays.
