there are MANY ways to distribute text articles without relying on conventional www or tor. ipfs comes to mind.
also you could distribute the articles as HTML files in torrents with an RSS feed to display them locally in any sort of GUI. there are some bittorrent implementations in Javascript. those torrents could be leeched, seeded, and displayed by the Javascript implementation, which could be run from your hard drive and a browser or Electron. of course the powers that be could take down the bittorrent trackers, but they want to do that anyway and haven't been successful. the only real challenge here is getting all the dailystormer readers to download the Javascript file / executable.
taking it a step further, this executable itself could be a fork of TOR and make a network out of all the users--all specifically for $PERSECUTED_WEBSITE as a generic way to avoid aggressive banhammers like this. someone here should write this for charity. not me though, I don't codemonkey for free.
