What if we dump liquid nitrogen(cheap to produce) 24/7 into eye of Irma.
Will the convection stop? How much tonnes of LN will be needed?
If e.g. 500 planes non-stop drop LN will that be enough to disrupt the eye and stop convection?

The mystery is why Richard Branson(billionaire) and his guests don't evacuate.
