Stopping a Hurricane

What if we dump liquid nitrogen(cheap to produce) 24/7 into eye of Irma.
Will the convection stop? How much tonnes of LN will be needed?
If e.g. 500 planes non-stop drop LN will that be enough to disrupt the eye and stop convection?

That is true, I knew a guy that was dating this girl from Florida, she would drive up to New Jersey to see him and it started out great, but the distance was too much and it only lasted like four months or something like that.
