Seems like the admin got spooked by new EU laws, so it probably won't come back. Thanks, Brussels. At least there are database dumps from early 2016; the info hashes work without a tracker. Tokyo Toshokan also still exists, but how long will it last?

Why would they not make their db public? Even PirateBay did it. It would be great to have a distributed system where sites that trust each other can synchronise between them, similarly to how NNTP/Usenet works.
