I don't get the appeal of smart phones. Do you have one? Why or why not?

No. I like the idea but not the implementation. I'm waiting for them to become feasible. A smartphone should be no different than a desktop except that it can fit in a pocket and comes with a touchscreen. I want power over the device, not the other way around.

A compromised smart phone is much worse than a compromised computer. And they come compromised out of the box.
