it appears anyone can edit it.

Name: Anonymous 2014-09-30 19:26

I was able to put in raw HTML. It's probably vulnerable to XSS. I'm tempted to write a wiki edit worm, but I wont.

Name: Anonymous 2014-10-01 1:53

I want to ask them what they found mysoginistic but it's better to just let it go. Was it the anus jokes? There was a period when we had more /g/ cross posters that were actually sexist. But that was a long time ago. I don't think they migrated from old /prog/.

You can tell this was written by someone who found it in a google result and summed up what they found from looking through it for 1 minute.

I also looked at C+= and found it somewhat funny, maybe if we tried the same with a feminist symta?

C+= was /g/ nerd rage at it's finest/worst. It was funny but not that funny and was as tasteful as a sexist joke on a billboard. It wasn't funny enough to outweigh that for me and was just gross.

Americans are surely bored, living on an island with no suffering. America invents non-existing problems, like sexism or bad education or GMO. You should visit some Arab country, they literally have no education there, truly bad food (without GMO), beat their wives for real and wage never-ending wars with one another, due to minor Koran interpretation differences.

You should visit some Arab country[.]

Good idea. I should oapen up a restaurant there which serves pork ribs and ham sandwiches. On the menu, there will be small sloagans which largely urge the customer to admit his roal. Mustard gargling will be encouraged. What could goa wrong?

Maybe not sexist per se, but the whole C plus equality thing was based on negative stereotypes of feminists, claimed patriarchy doesn't exist, and trivialized rape.

Name: Anonymous 2016-07-19 5:20

>>36
Those stereotypes are true, the patriarchy is a retarded concept made up to deny any responsiblitu, and rape is not nearly the widespread problem that it is made out to be.

Name: Anonymous 2016-07-19 5:27

>>37
Those stereotypes are true
Maybe of a small majority of feminists. Most feminists I know aren't overly sensitive or get "triggered" easily, it's a popular strawman used to discredit feminists without actually criticizing what they say.

No, it's not. The vast majority of societies are patriarchal.

rape is not nearly the widespread problem that it is made out to be.
That makes it no less traumatizing to those who have suffered it.

Not every argument is worth being addressed. The world is not logical or rational. It is a pointless fool's errand to try to avoid using political techniques to push political agendas.

Furthermore, you are right thqt modern feminism is a broad philosophy that has many people. It is always more practical to focus on the extremes (which, by the way, is exactly what feminists do). You are making unreasonable demands by opponents to feminism by trying to requiring them to address every feminist individually.

Furthermore, this should have been expected. The popular feminist media outlets are just as polarizing, generalizing. Of course a reactionary element would arise to object to being demonized. Even Marx admitted that it was perfectly logical and expected for the bourgeoisie to fight back for their own interest. To expect otherwise is delusional.

No, it's not. The vast majority of societies are patriarchal.
Now isn't that a dishonest attempt to conflate concepts that are no more than homonyms at this point. The patriarchal society where in the leader of the household is the father does exist of course. The patriarchy that exists in feminist theory is almost a conspiracy theory that gets blamed for any inconvenience. It is the feminist equivalent of complaining about the Jews.

That makes it no less traumatizing to those who have suffered it.
Oh well, people get hurt, have always gotten hurt, and always get hurt. The world, society, and culture exists for the majority, who are not traumatized. We cannot allow tiny fractions of people have their interests dominate over everyone else's, whether financially, politically, or emotionally. Rape victims will either get over their trauma or they won't, they have no more or less value than anyone else, and they cannot not be allowed any special privileges, punishments, or immunities.
