Steam must be the most anti-Semitic site, because mods ban these yahweh-worshipping Jews:

1) Religious faith
This game takes a extreme atheist perspective where religion is not even a tiniest part of life or even acknowledged as being directly helpful to the problem.
For me and many others it is instrumental in turning things around and creating positive outcomes. Why? It gives meaning, perspective, values, and even a supportive community.
And yes some people do better talking to a priest/minister than a therapist.
I realize in popular culture today it is trendy to bash religion and religious people, so perhaps this is a contrarian opinion. I respect everyone's right to decide for themselves.
2) Exercise: Ok it barely mentions it when you can wander outside alone. But not nearly enough in my opinion. Of course the last thing you feel like doing when you're down is exercising, but it's also one of the surest things to help.
3) Stop listening to depressive/negative music
I was surprised to find this was a big one for me. I was skeptical music would influence me much. But just turning my back on the stuff helped a lot.
Just one opinion, just trying to help. What work for me might not work for you of course.
