World War 3

Name: Anonymous 2014-07-18 4:49

With this week's events in the Middle East on the table, along with yesterday's shooting down of a passenger plane (with American passengers on it) by Russian forces, is WW3 upon us?

Remember how America got involved in WW2: Germans sank a passenger ship with American passengers on it.

You are confused. WW3 has never ended. WW3 is the Cold War, which is resuming now, after the stalemate, when commie state failed its perestroika and America hesitated to deal Russia final blow back in 90ies, so now Russia formed this BRIC alliance with the former Cold War allies.

Back in 20th century West dealt with just Russia and a bunch of 3rd world counties, where Russia was constrained by atheist ideology (which made it harder to deal with Islamic groups) and pro-Western population of Eastern Ukraine, Baltic countries and Georgia. Now West would have to deal with the whole BRIC + Iran, North Korea and Syria - all Russian allies.

Most other countries are still there too. I.e. China plans to annex Mongolia and Kazakhstan soon or later, while Russia tries to resume it's presence in Cuba -- all while Europe imports radicalized Muslims, which could be easily used as 5th column, with all the Arabian hatred for the West.

With respect to Beijing, too many have over-interpreted China’s lack of vocal support for Moscow as a lack of practical support. If Chinese firms sign massive gas deals with Gazprom and Novatek, as looks quite likely to happen when Putin visits Beijing later this month, the absence of Chinese Foreign Ministry statements backing up Moscow’s annexation of Crimea will not matter too much—and Washington will have few options in expressing displeasure that don’t make things worse. If a new Cold War starts, it will be the pre-Nixon version, not the post-Nixon one, with the difference that China has reversed roles with the Soviet Union, is closing in on the United States economically and militarily, and is globally connected in ways the Soviet Politburo could never imagine.

There is a growing trend of neo-isolationism at the grass roots that is dangerous. Americans are 'war weary' after Iraq, Afghanistan and the war on terror, and they think they can choose not to play a global role. They are wrong, and if the US does embrace libertarianism which has strong isolationist elements to it, the rest of the world will pay a heavy price. China and Russia won't hesitate to exploit US lack of resolve and weakness - and they will shape the world according to their needs. This is exactly why Crimea and Ukraine are happening, and they are a fore-taste of what is to come if the US does not lead from the front.

Name: Anonymous 2014-07-18 23:57

The people who had long hatred for the US and wanted to see its demise are now at the helm of our governing bodies making deliberate decisions detriment to the preservation of the US. Americans have now embraced immoralities and selfishness choosing to vote those people who will give them the most "Gifts" once elected instead of the betterment and preservation of our future society and culture. Children are less disciplined because of complacency . Discipline, once the mainstay of our nation, has now been replaced with justification. If it feels right, justify it.

I for one will welcome our new russian overlords.

You won't be welcoming them, when they decide that american niggers need protection too. You think Black Panthers were grassroots movement?

I think the leadership in Western countries needs to be taken to task for thinking that the 90s were going to last forever. When you are as broken as Russia was then there is really nowhere for you to go but up. So many commentators in the Anglosphere were repeating the line that Russia was isolated and geopolitically irrelevant right up to the moment troops began marching into Crimea. People are feigning shock now because their dismissive attitude has now been demonstrated to be idiotic.

Russian expansionism in Eastern Europe is really just an oscillation, from a historical perspective. Nobody is going to risk a shooting war with Russia to defend countries that have always been in the Russian sphere of influence, anyway. If Russia starts stirring shit in EU countries like Poland, then the knives will come out, but not before.

Russia does expansion, and what West does? West loses territory and influence, and not without help of Russia. Whites are going to be purged from South Africa.

If Russia starts stirring shit in EU countries like Poland, then the knives will come out, but not before.
That would be too late. When that happens, West will be weak. Russia would be tearing apart Europe, China butchering Asia, all while South American countries preparing attack on America, which struggles already today with a lot of internal problems. Today is the our only chance to kill the beast in its embryo form. Considering upcoming advances in biology and chemistry, war won't pretty - there will be enemy drones all over America, spreading viruses, poisoning water supply and destroying important infrastructure, then the next Putin would say it was the work of your domestic terrorists and he has nothing to do with that.

No, it would look like world war two instead the rifles are black and plastic instead of brown and wood. Drones don't work that way or are much of a threat. The world isn't in a state capable for a world war and militaries have decreased in quality.

Drones don't work that way or are much of a threat.
1. If you follow the war in Ukraine, both sides use drones as a part of fire-control system.
2. A huge country, like America, heavily depends on its infrastructures (especially IT), which are easy to damage by drones cutting the wires or doing some other sabotage.

I.e. a small drone getting into aircraft hangar can damage tires, electronics and spoil fuel.

The world isn't in a state capable for a world war and militaries have decreased in quality.
Just China has bigger military force than the USSR ever had. So the world is in a state far worse, than it was during Cold War.

Russia and China already push propaganda and call to overthrow American government:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HP7L8bw5QF4

allow them to gain more power, and this propaganda will turn into military support. I'm surprised this video haven't been removed at all and Google haven't been sued for treason, because Google's servers are hosted on American land.

America have tried to answer back in a similar vein, but China disallows enemy propaganda outright and Russia simply removes anti-establishment videos. And now this silly plane-crash shit, that simple doesn't work. America is truly being run by amateurs.

Wins what? Russia produces just two things: weapons and fossil fuels. So the only way Russia wins is by selling weapons to start a war, which increases oil price. While America wages wars to subjugate countries, Russia wages wars for the sake of wars.

You forgot about heroin and mail-order brides.

Nope. Russia doesn't produce drugs.

mail-order brides.
Brides don't make Russia money. They just want to leave the country with no future.

http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/RT
as a government mouthpiece of the world’s No. 1 fossil fuel supplier, RT has also featured global warming conspiracy theory proponents e.g. Piers Corbyn,[15] Christopher Monckton,[16][17] and Patrick Michaels.[18] Other examples are in a compilation of 7 videos on “Climategate.”[19]

http://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2007/04/global-warming-who-loses-and-who-wins/305698/
nearly all the added land-value benefits of a warming world might accrue to Alaska, Canada, Greenland, Russia, and Scandinavia.

Makes sense.

Scary shit. Major russian media outlets seriously savour the possibility of separatism in Texas
http://lenta.ru/articles/2014/07/11/obamaperry/

That is going to happen, if America loses Europe. Russian and Chinese governments can simply subdue Mexico, then launch final assault on America, which will be in deep economic trouble. After that winners would start killing each other.

Basically Russian media laugh at Obama doing nothing and failing to unite free world against the major threat.

Fucking worthless western trash take everything for themselfs and only sit on their asses watching shitty shows and doing social media crap deserve getting annihilated.
I hope the russians arent going to be gentile when the west takes it up the ass.

Daily reminder that even other east europeans despise Russia. Poland, (western)Ukraine, the Baltics, Romania, etc. The Belarussians only stand by their side because they are scared shitless of Russia, and the only one genuinely found of it are balkanshits like Serbia and Bulgaria, who are beyond retarded.

(western)Ukraine
Eastern Ukraine simply doesn't know what happened and that Russian goal was starting a full scale civil war.

Yeah. Lukashenko is very afraid now, after the shit happened in East Ukraine. Then again, EU and US are trying to coerce him into cooperation - that would be his death sentence. Smart people should leave Belorussia, because it could be next, after Ukraine.
