It's very clear that this attack was made with weapons and intelligent from USA. Someone in USA is completely crazy and the Russians are very very patient. If USA had suffered a similar attack from Russia then we were inmediately in a III-World War. Wo are those wich are governing now the USA? Anybody knows? This is a good question, isn't it?

Nuclear primaries are in that range. Pits are standardized. Greater yeilds are determined by the secondary fuel.
