The Pfizer vaccine is in phase three trials, if you get the vaccine, you are a lab rat. The study continues on until April 2023.

https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04368728?term=NCT04368728&draw=2&rank=1

This is a, quote:

>PLACEBO-CONTROLLED, RANDOMIZED, OBSERVER-BLIND, DOSE-FINDING STUDY TO EVALUATE THE SAFETY, TOLERABILITY, IMMUNOGENICITY, AND EFFICACY OF SARS-COV-2 RNA VACCINE CANDIDATES AGAINST COVID-19 IN HEALTHY INDIVIDUALS

This means that some portion of the vaccines administered are actually just placebos.

I've never had an easier time DMing then with DnD 4e. I'm a legacy dnd player. My dad played DnD in college before it was a properly published game (back when it was all appendixes passed around amongst nerds that liked building board games). So I've been playing it since I was 6 years old. I was running games for family at 12 and with friends by 14. I've run games in ADnD, ADnD 2nd, DnD 3.5 (lost the A?). But Dnd 4th was by far the best experience. (Did not run original DnD because ADnD was easier for a kid)

Using the amazing modular monsters and encounter systems, I could make my party long rest exactly where I wanted in a story. I could give them an entire Role play narration through skill challenges, turning traveling to the next town into an opportunity for risk and rewards. Every party member felt vital and relevant. You could make a character roleplay concept, then find some class, race, feat combination that would give them form.

Everything was easy to track (we even played with Encumbrance), and the digital tools were amazing! Characters were easy to build, track and maintain. The monster creation program they released (which I still have) let you fully customize monsters and abilities. You could even take the character and monster save files and plug them into an initiative tracker to let you keep an eye on everyone's HP and stats.

I also loved that I could plug a min max player into the same combat as an RP player, and they would both have fun and be useful.

If I have any complaints, it would be that magic items were too plentiful and strong. But there was a rule variant for that.

My all time favorite thing though is watching the 4th edition haters, gush about the 4E mechanics that were put into 5E. Short rests, cantrips, healing Dice, Martial abilities that act like spells, Simplified skills, Etc etc etc.

Played a game where the DM used a series of homebrewed Yokai creatures to liven up the world. Little umbrella monsters, snake headed people, A LOT of oni, and of course, the ultimate consequence to killing the innocent; Gasha-Dokuro. To put it simply, Gasha-Dokuro was hinted at multiple times throughout the murderhobo's reign, firstly with legends told by bar patrons, then by the gathering of black clouds wherever the murderhobo went, and then the sky turning red and the sorrowful cries of the dead wailing through the air. Murderhobo was continuing to ignore that these problems would worsen in response to their bloodshed, and eventually, a gigantic fusion of everyone they murdered in cold blood had sprung up from the ground to destroy them. Worse still, trying to kill it at this point would not work, only momentarily stun it before it rises again even more enraged. This had not been the first encounter better handled via non-violent means, but it was the first time the murderhobo specifically had to make a choice to lay down their arms and make an attempt to pacify the enraged spirits. Murderhobo, believing cowardice was not their thing, chose instead to continue fighting, despite meta-gaming warnings from everyone including the DM, and it did not go well from there. Gasha-Dokuro finished murderhobo off by grabbing them by the leg and slamming them into a rock, and the rest of the party had to work on pacifying the spirits before Gasha-Dokuro tore apart the city in its fit of rage. Murderhobo was brought back to life, the party grilled them for being a murderous psychopath and bringing a spirit that destructive into the world, and the murderhobo and the player agreed they had been getting way out of hand with the senseless murders.

This is why session zero is important. None of my players have robbed each other or fought each other except for one who harassed a female paladin in character, was warned in character, and was then slain in character. His character was a chaotic evil among goods

...I fail to see how harassing a female paladin makes you a chaotic evil, if anything it sounds like he was a mostly normal dude surrounded by overzealous white knights.

Friendly reminder that AL doesn't have session zeros. The idea of a session zero in organized play would help. But you can't account for who shows up.

In short, crit crabs idea works... if you're in a home game.

@justicedunham4088 what did 2000 people do for you to kill them, they probably never thought they’d breathe in the same air as you

@FUNGERISM A handful killed his parents, so he systematically killed every single person of the town (even though most were completely unaffiliated) and took their place so each person though they were being killed by a loved one

We (Wizards) recognize that some of the legacy content available on this website does not reflect the values of the Dungeons & Dragons franchise today. Some older content may reflect ethnic, racial, and gender prejudice that were commonplace in American society at that time. These depictions were wrong then and are wrong today. This content is presented as it was originally created, because to do otherwise would be the same as claiming these prejudices never existed. Dungeons & Dragons teaches that diversity is a strength, and we strive to make our D&D products as welcoming and inclusive as possible. This part of our work will never end.
